Helping Employees to Succeed and Grow
|
Development programs at LSI are based on the premise that learning benefits our employees and the company. Employees may select courses and programs to improve their job performance and opportunities for career growth. Course work typically includes engineering, computer science and business. No single formula defines the path to personal success. Each individual’s goals, desires and priorities are unique. We have the tools and resources to help all employees determine a plan and identify opportunities for development. |
